1. Find an opportunity that fits
Browse government tender and RFQ previews by province or business category. Public previews show a broad description, city or province and closing date. They help you decide what deserves a closer look without revealing the full tender reference, issuing organisation, documents or exact delivery address.
2. Register your business interests
Create your own account and choose the tender categories and provinces that interest you. Your purchased tenders remain linked to your account. If you opt in to daily promotional previews, the service selects an available matching opportunity; you can change your email preference or unsubscribe.
3. Review paid access in your workspace
Each tender has its own access option. When online checkout is available, access activates only after confirmed payment. A paid unlock reveals the original notice, full reference, issuing organisation, exact published delivery details and attached document links available for that listing.
Kasi Tenders charges for its information and assistance service. It is independent of the government source. The original notice may also be available free from the official publishing portal. Check that the pack contains what you need before committing to a bid.
4. Check eligibility and the full requirements
Read the specification, mandatory eligibility criteria, briefing information, pricing instructions and submission method. A future closing date does not mean a compulsory briefing can still be attended. Your documents, actual experience and capacity must match the stated requirements.
Build the price from verified supplier quotations and a realistic delivery plan. Account for the full scope, including any packaging, installation, labour, transport, warranty or support obligations the pack specifies.
5. Complete your forms and check your application pack
Optional paid AI assistance is separate from tender access. Upload the original tender requirements, your application forms and supporting documents, then select the files you want the assistant to use. It can help you work through form fields, suggest draft answers using your actual company information and ask for missing details.
Before you submit your bid, use the application check to compare your completed forms and supporting documents with the supplied tender requirements. It can flag possible errors, missing fields or documents, inconsistent company details, visible signature gaps and expiry dates, with the relevant document or page and a suggested correction. A review covers only the material supplied and readable; it cannot guarantee an error-free application or verify that certificates are genuine.
Review suggested answers and corrections against the original pack. You remain responsible for accurate information, signatures, declarations, compulsory briefings and submitting the complete bid through the required channel before the deadline. The assistant does not submit a tender on your behalf or guarantee an award.
Funding readiness for winning tenders
Bridging-finance assistance is through a third party and considers winning tenders only. A R2,500 administration fee is required before an application can be submitted. The financier assesses the application and makes its own lending decision; paying the fee does not guarantee funding.
Your workspace can help organise an award letter, supplier quotation and funding-gap calculation. A saved preparation is not a submitted or approved finance application. Any document sharing requires your review and consent.
Keep checking the original source
Coverage is not exhaustive. Tender notices may be amended, extended or cancelled after a listing was last checked. Verify the current official documents and any clarifications before pricing and again before submission.
